The “All In” Planning Special - PACKAGE #1

*Weddings with over 200 guests may incur an additional charge. All packages include 1 Lead Coordinator. Additional Coordinators/Assistance may be hired for $400 per person.

    • Unlimited consultations via email, Zoom/Google Meetings, and/or telephone.

    • Three face-to-face consultations. Additional meetings may be scheduled on a case-to-case basis, based on client/vendor needs. Be advised, extra costs will be incurred for travel expenses if the meeting is more than 50 miles from the Planner’s home/office.

    • Discussion of and development of theme/style for the wedding.

    • Coordination of rehearsal and ceremony.

    • Assistance with budget and breakdown is available if needed at an additional cost.

    • Discussion of and development of theme/style for the wedding.

    • Creation of floor plan and a detailed timeline.

    • Management and coordination with ceremony and reception location staff.

    • Guest arrival and event transition coordination.

    • Visit/tour the ceremony and reception location prior to your event

    • Assistance with the selection and communication with all vendors and/or service providers.

    • Provides a detailed timeline to vendors and/or service providers and the bridal party on the day of your event.

    • Confirmation and follow-up with all vendors.

    • Distribution of final payments/gratuities to vendors.

    • $2,000 - $2.500 depending on needs and location. Up to 10 hours of on-site event coordination provided by a Lead Coordinator.

    • $400 for an Additional Coordinator

    • $300 for access to rental inventory (this does not include arbors, yards games or the projector setup)

The “A Little Help Here?” – PACKAGE #2

Partial Planning and Coordination

    • Unlimited consultations via email, and Zoom. Google Meeting and/or telephone.

    • One virtual meeting and one in-person meeting.

    • Rehearsal & Ceremony Coordination

    • Up to 8 hours of on-site event coordination provided by a Lead Coordinator. (Only available for events up to 175 guests.)

    • Management and coordination with ceremony and reception location staff.

    • Management of all vendors and/or service providers during the event.

    • Guest arrival and event transition coordination.

    • Creation of floor plan and a detailed timeline.

    • Visit/tour the ceremony and reception location prior to your event

    • $1,700-$2,400 depending on needs and location. Up to 10 hours of on-site event coordination provided by a Lead Coordinator.

    • $400 for an Additional Coordinator

    • $300 for access to rental inventory (this does not include arbors, yard games or the projector setup)

K.I.S.S.-Keep it Short & Sweet

PACKAGE #3

Day of Coordination Only

    • Unlimited consultations via email, and Zoom. Google Meeting and/or telephone.

    • One virtual meeting and one in-person meeting.

  • Perfect for couples who’ve planned their big day and need a trusted hand to bring it all together seamlessly. With this package, you’ll have:

    • One dedicated wedding coordinator to oversee every detail.

    • A customized timeline to ensure your day flows effortlessly.

    • Unlimited virtual and phone planning meetings for guidance, advice, and peace of mind.

    • Up to 6 hours of on-site event coordination provided by a Lead Coordinator. (Only available for events up to 150 guests. A second Coordinator and more time may be required for larger events)

    • Management and coordination with ceremony and reception location staff.

    • Management of all vendors and/or service providers during the event.

    • Guest arrival and event transition coordination.

    • This package does not include rehearsal coordination and decor breakdown.

    • Creation of floor plan and a detailed timeline.

    • Visit/tour the ceremony and reception location prior to your event

    • $1,400-$1,700 Depending on needs and location. Up to 10 hours of on-site event coordination provided by a Lead Coordinator.

    • $400 for an Additional Coordinator

Ceremony Officiation by Nevermore Weddings & Events

Ceremony
Officiation Services

    • Unlimited consultations via email, Zoom/Google Meetings, and/or telephone.

    • Writing and/or editing the custom ceremony script.

    • Extensive research into your readings, rituals, and customs.

    • Coordination of rehearsal and ceremony.

    • Signing/filing of your wedding/legal documents

    • $300-$600 depending on needs and location

SERVICE STAFF & BARTENDING

Bartender

  • $350 Setup/Breakdown Fee
    $45/Hour

    1 Bartender up to 75 people;

  • Includes setup and breakdown
    (Trash removal with onsite dumpster)


Bar Back

  • $30/Hour (Helps to stock bar/trash removal) Required for events over 150 guests.

  • 5-hour minimum; 6-hour minimum on Saturdays

Service Captain

  • $40/Hour

  • Required for events larger than 50 guests.

  • 5-hour minimum; 6-hour minimum on Saturdays.

Server/Service Staff

  • $30/Hour

  • A minimum of 2 servers are required for events larger than 40 guests.
