The “All In” Planning Special - PACKAGE #1
*Weddings with over 200 guests may incur an additional charge. Please note that, depending on the size, complexity, and specific needs of your event, we may request or require the presence of an additional coordinator or assistant. This ensures seamless management and high-quality service throughout your special day. Any additional coordinator staffing needs will be communicated in advance and may affect your overall coordination fees.
Additional Coordinators/Assistants may be
hired for $500 per person.

Unlimited consultations via email, Zoom/Google Meetings, and/or telephone.
One face-to-face consultation. Additional meetings may be scheduled on a case-to-case basis, based on client/vendor needs. Be advised, extra costs will be incurred for travel expenses if the meeting is more than 50 miles from the Planner’s home/office.
Discussion of and development of theme/style for the wedding.

Our comprehensive wedding coordination package covers every step from pre-planning to post-event support. We provide unlimited communication and consultation to customize your timeline, checklist, and design vision. We coordinate vendor meetings, review contracts, and assist with negotiations.
On the wedding day, your dedicated on-site coordinator manages all vendor communication, oversees venue setup, handles ceremony logistics, cues wedding parties, and keeps the event flowing smoothly from noon until midnight. We also assist with setup, breakdown, and the collection of personal items.
Optional post-wedding assistance includes ensuring all décor and belongings are packed and oversee vendor breakdown and clean-up to leave the venue spotless.
This full-service approach ensures your day is flawlessly organized, so you can focus on celebrating.

Up to 6 hours of on-site event coordination provided by a Lead Coordinator. (Only available for events up to 100 guests. A second Coordinator and more time may be required for larger events)

Management of all vendors and/or service providers during the event.

This package does not include rehearsal coordination and decor breakdown.

Leave the logistics and heavy lifting to us! Our experienced decor strike team specializes in efficient setup, restocking, and breakdown of your wedding or event decor. Whether you need us to handle just the setup before your event, keep the decor stocked throughout, or manage the entire breakdown and cleanup afterward, we’ve got you covered.
Our pricing begins at $750, depending on the amount of decor and the time required to ensure everything is perfect. We’ll work seamlessly behind the scenes to bring your vision to life, so you can relax and enjoy your special day.

PITTSBURGH COOKIE TABLE SETUP
Celebrate a beloved Pittsburgh wedding tradition with our expert cookie table setup! We coordinate and beautifully arrange bakery-fresh or family-baked cookies, transforming them into a stunning centerpiece that perfectly complements your wedding style.
Our team takes charge of everything from creatively displaying cookies on elegant trays and tiers to adding charming signage and decor accents. We handle the initial setup, keep the table stocked throughout the event, and manage the breakdown afterward—letting your loved ones’ homemade or favorite bakery cookies shine without the stress. It’s the perfect sweet touch to wow your guests and keep the celebration deliciously memorable! Service Fee ranges from $600-$1,300.
